Abstract

Spontaneous clitoral abscess is a rare gynecological pathology, with only 29 cases reported in the literature. We report a case of spontaneous clitoral abscess in a 42-year-old female patient who was treated by incisional drainage after failure of medical treatment. We also review all similar cases that have been reported in the literature until now.
